A Note from Nikki Reiser
My journey with Family Constellations began in early 2023 during a workshop hosted and translated by Sarah Peyton, and led by Elena Veselago. That experience sparked a profound shift within me, and I immediately committed to dual training programs. I embarked on an 18-month, live online intensive with Marina Toledo, a protégé of Bert Hellinger and founder of the Hellinger Institute, while also completing training under Mark Wolynn, expert in inherited family trauma. And bestselling author of It Didn’t Start With You.
From the moment I began my studies, I felt deep and powerful shifts taking place. Coming from a traumatic childhood, including a complex family history, I understood firsthand how deeply our upbringing and family dynamics shape our lives. The emotional wounds and patterns passed down through generations have profoundly influenced my own story. Through this personal experience, I have developed a deep empathy for the struggles others face.
As I immersed myself in the work of Family Constellations, I realized that my powerful and intuitive Reiki healing energy—something I’ve cultivated over the years—was playing a key role in my learning of Family Constellations and my ability to facilitate deeper healing. I now integrate Active Reiki into every Family Constellation session, enhancing the healing process with additional insight and energy.
In addition to my work as a Family Constellation facilitator, I am a licensed Massage Therapist, Reflexologist, certified Yoga Teacher, and hold a Doctorate in Natural Health. These diverse practices have shaped my holistic approach to healing, and my mission is to support others on their journey toward emotional well-being and spiritual growth.
