In this transformative workshop, we will utilize experiential Family Constellation practices to uncover the hidden energies and patterns linked to our maternal lineage. Our collective work can initiate important shifts in your personal energy field, facilitating healing on both conscious and unconscious levels. While I come prepared with a structured lesson plan for our group workshops, I also stay open to the guidance of the universal energy field. This means that new exercises can emerge, and the focus may evolve as we progress. However, one thing remains consistent: every participant will receive equal time and access to constellation work. Whether we work in larger groups or smaller teams, everyone will be given the same instructions and opportunities to engage. These workshops are designed to be enjoyable, moving, and emotionally impactful, allowing for significant shifts and changes to occur.
