While I come prepared with a structured lesson plan for our group workshops, I also stay open to the guidance of the universal energy field. This means that new exercises can emerge, and the focus may evolve as we progress. However, one thing remains consistent: every participant will receive equal time and access to constellation work. Whether we work in larger groups or smaller teams, everyone will be given the same instructions and opportunities to engage.

These workshops are designed to be enjoyable, moving, and emotionally impactful, allowing for significant shifts and changes to occur. You have the option to participate either on-camera or off-camera, and rest assured, the healing work will be effective in either format.
